Engagements

For each engagement we provide a complete set of business communications solution options that allow our customers to determine what decision most effectively meets their business objectives. We don't believe that customers are best served when a supplier gives them a menu of options to choose from.  Businesses and business needs are not alike.  The flexibility of our solutions and our delivery model allow Bluewave to provide customer-centric solutions for each engagement.

Once a solution is selected we begin project implementation planning.  Plans are developed jointly and focus on team matching, phased implementation (if appropriate), benchmarking, and post-implementation evaluation.  Through a set of shared expectations and joint planning, implementation and the long-term support can be a process that allows Bluewave, and our customers, to focus on core principles of improved flexibility, risk reduction, and gaining the most out of technology investments.
